It has been a crazy last couple of weeks! Last week was my first week back to work, which is never fun. I thought that maybe it would be easier the second time around...I was wrong. We were lucky enough to have Grandma Kieffer and Grandma Stevens come up and watch the boys during that week...I even snuck home a handful of times during my lunch and got in a few snuggles :) The boys loved having their grandmas here and enjoyed all the extra attention!
And after one week back to work, I now have two more weeks off for Christmas...we planned that out perfectly :) We have been busy this week getting ready for Christmas! We took the boys to see Santa on Sunday at JoJo's. I was a little nervous about how Owen would react to Santa, but he did really well! He was very serious, and did not want to smile while sitting by Santa, but he was willing to sit on Santa's lap. It was really nice that we were able to visit Santa in a little bit of a more intimate setting. I think taking him to the mall would have not gone over quite as well. Other than that, we have just been busy with a lot of Christmas baking, shopping, and wrapping. I just love the holidays and can't wait to get together with our families and start celebrating :)
I love that Owen is holding on to Adam's in hand this picture...he is such a protective big brother!
